As women, we need connection and expression — we long to be seen, held, and understood. I am passionate about creating safe containers for us to hold and be held in our embodied experience, deep feelings, raw processes and wild expression!
I work closely with our authentic nature, the elements and will guide the group in exploring themes, stories and intentions that feel mysterious and alive.

How it works if…
You are looking to join a new group…
You can join the HER EXPRESSION FREE TASTER! Get a taste of what this container will feel like!
If you feel a YES! Apply for the full women’s circle here!
We will meet in in person/via zoom, bi-weekly or monthly for a committed period of time.
Each session is 120 minutes and will include guided practices, group sharing, individual and group exercises, dance, rituals and FUN!
This is a container based on trust, vulnerability and safety - once you commit to the group session, you must show up. True commitment will allow for the deepest connection!

If you have a group of women -maybe friends, colleagues, like-minded strangers that you just met, I would LOVE to support you in creating a women’s group.
We will work TOGETHER in creating some group magic. I will help guide and facilitate the group - creating structure, guidance and safety for a deep and beautiful community container.
