Welcome Love!

I’m Jessica — an embodiment mentor devoted to discovering the sacred woven through everyday life, exploring the depth and intimacy within ourselves, with others, and with life itself.

My work is gently informed by the teachings of Shakti Tantra, Taoist philosophy, and the intelligence of nature — pathways that have profoundly shaped my own journey of returning home to my body and truth.

I support women (and those who feel called) to gently peel back the layers that have formed around their most authentic and liberated selves. On my own path, I reclaimed the wildness, sensuality, and playfulness I once felt afraid to fully reveal. Today, I am devoted to creating spaces where others can do the same.

Through sacred sexuality, somatic embodiment, and authentic self-expression, I guide you into deeper connection with your body, your heart, and the aliveness of life.

My deepest intention is to support you in stepping into your most fully expressed self — embodying your natural, radiant quality of love.

With love,

Jessica

Let’s get Personal

I have always felt a powerful force within me - a current of passion, curiosity, joy, connection, and love.

As a young girl, I sensed it most clearly in nature, with animals, and while dancing, singing, and creating with those I loved. It was vibrant, wild and alive.
A force that could never fit neatly into a box or label.

For many years, I tried to understand this energy - reaching for it, losing it, searching for it, and finding it again… yet never quite able to name what I was truly seeking.

This longing led me on a deep path of self-exploration and transformation. I immersed myself in mindfulness, communication, holistic health, slow food, Shakti Tantra, feminine reclamation, nervous system work, polarity and intimacy, somatic embodiment, and dance.

Each path opened something in me.

But the greatest teacher of all was my own inner compass — my heart, my body, and my direct connection to the living intelligence moving through me.

Through the path of Shakti — the awakening of feminine life force — everything began to make sense.

I discovered that the force I had been searching for was never outside of me.
It was my creative energy.
My sexuality.
My life force.
My authentic essence fully expressed through my human body.

To become truly intimate with life, I first had to become intimate with myself.

I had to meet my desire.
My sensitivity.
My power.
My wildness.

I had to learn how to marry this vital life force with the wisdom of my heart… and gently teach my body that it was safe to be here - exactly as I am.

This union changed everything.

My body became the vessel for my expression. My heart became my guide. My consciousness the thread that weaves it all together.

And once I recognized this force within myself, I began to see it everywhere - alive in every human being.

This is what opened my devotion.

Today, I create spaces for others to reconnect with their own Shakti - their life force, their truth, their authentic expression - so it can be felt, lived, shared, and embodied.

Because nothing moves me more than witnessing someone come home to themselves…connected, wild, free, and fully alive.

We are not here to fit into boxes. We are walking pieces of art.

Testimonials

I had the pleasure of taking a Tantric class with Jessica and it was Insightful, Playful, Powerful, and all the things! She worked so well together moving, flowing according to the groups dynamic.

I personally saw how quickly I can be out of body when in discomfort and never knew it! As well as survival mechanisms I thought I transmuted. Their exercises brought clarity and tools to use in real time and can honestly say I am inspired to take a week immersion in Tantra.

Definitely recommend taking courses with this beautiful being!

Working with Jess was such a beautiful and grounding experience. Her gentle yet powerful guidance helped me reconnect with my body in a way I hadn’t experienced before. I left each session feeling more present, confident, and deeply connected to myself.

Jessica’s workshop was attuned to both the group and the individual in a sensitive and allowing way. She held an open space in which one could explore and be him/herself. It was very interesting and thought provoking!

What I loved is that Jessica was so good at connecting what I feel with what I think - to really align me in my thoughts and give me an idea of what is behind it all. She also let me figure out myself what was going on - through the body and visualisation. We went in a really open and positive direction and I still felt pushed in the right way. I was really really happy to leave with a feeling of clarity. I felt so collected afterwards as if I had written everything down and I was so connected to myself.
